Rail Mounted Tripper Slewing Discharge Boom for Ash

Complete Tripper and Discharge Boom at extreme end of Relocatable Conveyor

CORTEX RESOURCES PTY LTD designed and constructed a 1400t/h ash handling system for EGAT (Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand) at Mae Moh in northern Thailand.

The system includes
¨ mobile tripper,
¨ mobile slewing discharge boom

Cortex was also responsible for the complete mechanical and structural design for the whole of the materials handling system including;
¨ 1.5km long relocatable conveyor
¨ 4km of transfer conveyors from tie in point to the tripper/relocatable conveyor

The entire conveying system is rated at 1,400 t/h.
