Manufactured Sand Plant.- Crushing/Blending/Washing/Seperating/Re-Blending

Manufactured Sand Plant.- Cortex was a major partner in this plant design & construction in conjunction with Benetech. Cortex has process experience to add to the material handling expertise, enabling total plant design.

The 'wet' plant involved screens, cyclones and classifiers to seperate 4 sand sizes and a thickener for the removed fines.

Modular Concrete Batch Plant.

This plant was erected in Papua New Guinea. It is especially suited to remote sites, or operations of a temporary nature.

The structures made use of standard shipping containers, or were constructed to stack like standard shipping containers, for the sea & land journeys. This was also useful in the final plant assembly, minimising site costs.
