¨ Rail Loadout Facility comprising:
o Three off 550t capacity rail loadout bins mounted on loadcells
o Dust suppression systems for bin filling and wagon filling
o Automatic Bin gates and discharge chutes
o Accommodation for wagons with Lids
o Completely automatic wagon loading from three bins sequentially
o Derailment sensing
o Wagon filling accuracy of 0.5%
o Automatic report generation

¨ Environmental treatments including
o Special conveyor design to minimize noise
o Fully enclosed conveyors for dust and noise control
o Lining of Rail bins to minimize impact noise
o Enclosure of rail loadout activities to reduce noise
o Selection of low noise motors, fans and other equipment
